• Remove any debris from the urinal such as chewing gum and other foreign matter.
• Spray the surface of the urinal bowl and the tiles around it with Ureco urinal bowlcleaner and wipe clean.
• (Hygienex Ltd will provide replacement Ureco urinal bowl cleaner when required –
please telephone 0800 032 7760 to order).
NOTE: DO NOT USE BLEACH, DISINFECTANTS, ACIDS OR CHEMICALS. USE OF SUCH CHEMICALS WILL COMPRIMISE THE INTEGRETY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ENZYME WITHIN THE SLEEVE.
• Once a week, remove the sleeve before spraying with Ureco urinal bowl cleaner.NOTE: when removing the sleeve ensure that it is pulled directly upwards. Do not remove it at an angle. Please ensure the collar remains in place. If the collar is pulled out of the waste outlet, you should replace it before re-inserting the sleeve (Please note, not all outlets will have collars).
• Inspect the sleeve for damage.• If damage has occurred, please call Hygienex on 0800 032 7760 as the sleeve
may need replacing.
Once the bowl has been thoroughly cleaned, ensure the collar is in place and replace the sleeve by inserting it into the waste outlet and press down firmly.
