The Ureco ‘Urinal Bowl Cleaner’ (UBC) operates as an essential cleaning agent to ensure the success of the Ureco system. The UBC also offers a saving against other general urinal/descaling chemicals (typically around 50-75%). In brief the UBC incorporates a liquid version of the Ureco Enzyme.

How the Ureco Urinal Bowl Cleaner works
The Ureco cap incorporates around 30 Billion bugs of 5 different strains – Whilst installed the Ureco will release on average 300 million bugs per day into the waste pipework.

Once released the bugs multiply every 4 hours and begin to colonize the waste system eating through the uric salts, lime scale, sludge and deposits etc. Each 750ml bottle of UBC contains 9 Billion bugs within the liquid – each pump of the trigger spray will release an average of 5ml of liquid incorporating 60 million bugs. It is recommended you spray 2-3 pumps per day onto the urinal bowl surface on a typical urinal bowl, more if heavily used.

This will dose the urinal bowl and waste pipework with a further 120-180 million bugs per day and therefore building on the colonies below and ensuring the urinal bowl remains clean and hygienic and pipework remains clear and free of blockages.
